We specialize in heritage and modern grains for local bakeries, breweries, and consumers. Located in Orange County, North Carolina, we farm with a holistic and systems approach that excludes the use of herbicides, fungicides, and synthetic fertilizers. Everything is non-GMO. 2025 will be our 10th year harvesting winter and summer cereals with varieties ranging from Turkey Red Heirloom Wheat to Cateto Orange Flint Corn. We mill our grains year-round on our New American Stone Mill and use our fresh flours to bake delicious baked goods, with the main goal of inspiring our customers to use regional grains.
