Doutan (Plant Protein Mix)

Meatless crumbles, nuggets, sausage and more can be easily made using our Doutan plant protein food mix. Doutan is a pre-mixed dry mix that gives you the ability to quickly and easily make your own seitan products at home. Simply mix the dry mix with a flavorful liquid, shape, cook and finish.

For quick preparation, use store-bought stocks and sauces. Using this mix, you control the ingredients, the flavor and the form to make the plant-based meat alternative of your choice.

Dounai (Soy Drink)

Dounai is a traditionally crafted soy drink inspired by the flavors of Asia. It is a rich, creamy and flavorful drink enjoyed at breakfast and throughout the day. High in protein, high in fiber and cholesterol-free, Dounai is great as a post-workout recovery drink or a light snack. You can also use Dounai as an ingredient in many recipes.

Our flavors include unsweetened, sweetened and ginger brown sugar.
